An order once placed cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded under any circumstance by the Customer.
In case of any operational issues in our Kitchen, we reserve the right to cancel your order within a reasonable time of placing your order, which shall be intimated to you immediately. A refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days for the same.
In case of a government imposed lockdown on the date of your order, you will be issued a reimbursement coupon, after the reopening of our kitchen, that you can avail on a later date. We will not be in a position to refund your amount in case of a government imposed lockdown.
