SHIPPING POLICY

Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Please place your orders well in advance as accommodating last minute orders will not be possible. 

We have two delivery slots:

11AM- 2 PM (MORNING SLOT)

3PM- 7PM(EVENING SLOT)

Your order will be delivered anytime within the slot you choose at checkout. There is no fixed time for delivery and the order will be delivered within the given duration selected. Incase you want the order to be delivered at a fixed time you must inform us via phone call for the same 48 hours before time of delivery since a special delivery will have to be arranged for you. 

Orders for the morning slot delivery can be placed until 2 pm on the previous day and for the evening slot can be placed till 6 pm on the previous day. We clarify that we require a 24 hour window to provide for a flawless experience and therefore, cannot accommodate last minute orders. 

Any damage or loss caused to your order once it has left our kitchen shall not be our responsibility. We shall not be responsible to issue any refund/ replacement incase of any damage or loss caused during transit.

We use a third party for our deliveries who take utmost care and caution to deliver your orders. But humans can cause errors too! 

Please remember that any damage or loss caused to our products breaks our hearts too as much as it breaks yours!
